Exergi Modular boiler system

Exergi boilers are developed in accordance with  the principle of technical unification. Assembly of the boiler unit takes place at our certified facility. Then the unit is transported and installed at the client's production facility.

Exergi boilers are developed currently in three different sizes, 1 MW, 1.5 MW and 2 MW sizes.
The systems can be then be combined to reach a higher load demand.
Each boiler is contained within a boiler house. Depending on the project also a feedwater tank and economiser can be included.

As soon as the installation is complete Exergi remain as a partner to the client and take care of several major points:

• Prepare all necessary paperwork
• Installation efficiency test
• Staff training
• Assistance with biofuel purchase

Exergi modular bio boilers are equipped with modern control systems:

• Monitors and records all important parameters
• Notifies about upcoming maintenance
